Handbooks for Commissioners for Declarations and for Justices of the Peace (Qualified) were released in February 2001. They are ‘The Administrative Duties of Commissioners for Declarations’ and ‘The Duties of Justices of the Peace (Qualified)’. You can buy bound copies of these handbooks online or by postal order.
