Forms
The following forms apply to the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (the BCCM Act). The approved forms are to be used when prescribed in the BCCM Act. The office forms have been produced by the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management to assist the body corporate and the secretary with the administration of the body corporate.
