Right to information
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General is committed to improving public access to information about the services we provide, our priorities, the way we make decisions and more.
By actively supporting the Queensland Government's right to information initiative, we hope to improve people's understanding of the vital role the department plays in providing an open, accessible justice system and a safe, supportive society.
The department’s publication scheme includes the proactive release of information that previously would only have been available on request. In this section of the site you can see the various pieces of information that we publish on a regular basis.
On the department's disclosure log, you can also see some of the information we have released following the consideration of Right to Information (RTI) requests.
Information regarding Cabinet decisions under the Attorney-General’s portfolio is available on the Cabinet website.
