Our lists
Acts administered by the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice
(as at 30 June 2008)
A detailed list of the legislation our minister administers, as well as that of other Queensland government ministers, can be found in the Administrative Arrangements Order (this will take you to another site).
Visit the Queensland Parliamentary Counsel website to view all Queensland Government legislation.
Vexatious litigants
A vexatious litigant is someone who persistently begins legal actions but does not have sufficient grounds for doing so. The registrar of the Supreme Court maintains a list of vexatious litigants which may also be searched during registry office hours.
If you cannot find the information you are looking for, you may wish to make a formal application for access under the RTI Act or the IP Act to information held by Queensland Government departments and ministers.
Information held on registers and lists specific to industrial relations, electrical safety and workplace health and safety are currently on the former Department of Employment and Industrial Relations website.
