Exam dates

The Department of Justice and Attorney-General will not be offering further Justices of the Peace (Qualified) examinations in 2009. 

To offer additional professional development to existing Justices of the Peace and Commissioners for Declarations in the near future, a calendar and registration process about 'Free' workshops to attend will be posted onto this website. 

The Justices of the Peace Branch is committed to improving the quality and consistency of all new and existing Justices of the Peace and Commissioners for Declarations through its training component of seminars and workshops to maintain and improve individual skills, confidence and knowledge of each of these important community roles.

Exam dates for 2010

Thursday 14 January 2010	6:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday 10 April 2010	9:00am - 12:00pm

Justices of the Peace exams will be held at your local courthouse.
