Payment options
If you are lodging your form in person, you may pay by cash, cheque, credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or money order.
If you are posting your form, you may pay by cheque, credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or money order.
Make cheques or money orders payable to the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.

Credit card payments cannot be accepted over the phone. To pay by credit card, complete the payment section on your application form, or if you are writing to us, ensure you include the following paragraph:

Form lodgement options
You can lodge your form with us by post, or in person at our Brisbane Registry. Some forms are able to be lodged at your local Magistrates Court or Queensland Government Agency Program office. Refer to individual forms for accepted locations.
Applications can not be faxed or emailed.
