The Right to Information Act 2009 became law on 1 July 2009. We will progressively publish documents released under the Act to applicants via our disclosure log.

The number and total of speeding fines, parking fines and other traffic fines, including location, date and nature of infringement for cars provided to Supreme Court Judges, Court of Appeal Judges, District Court Judges and Magistrates for the financial years 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09.

NB. ‘Ministerial Guidelines – Operation of Publication Schemes and Disclosure Logs’ have been issued for the purposes of section 21 (3) and section 78(2) of the Right to Information Act 2009’.
