Funding application form and checklist

Please note:

The Gambling Community Benefit Fund is now closed. The next round of funding will open mid-July 2016 and close at midnight on 31 August 2016. The funding guidelines and application form for the next round of funding will be available at that time.

Please make sure you complete a new application form for each funding round. Old application forms cannot be resubmitted.

Note: Funding round announcements will occur approximately 5 months after the closing date. Every organisation will receive written notification of the outcome of their application. No additional information can be provided by OLGR until the approval processes are finalised. We encourage you to wait until you have received written notification or review the lists of successful applicants.

Checklist

Before you can download your application form you will need to answer the 7 questions (below). Answer all questions honestly and follow any instructions provided.

Have you read, downloaded and saved a copy of the funding guidelines?

Are you registered with the Community Benefit Funds Unit as either a legal entity or sponsored organisation?

(Note: For reporting purposes, every application must have a valid Queensland address—service delivery address—on the application form.)

Do you have a copy of all required documentation to be submitted with your application?
All applications and any supporting documentation must be emailed to grantapplications@justice.qld.gov.au by midnight of the closing date. Late applications will not be accepted.
