This section of the website provides an overview of trust accounts operated by public accountants in Queensland. Information contained therein is solely for the purpose of advising on key requirements in the maintenance and operation of accountants' trust accounts. Trustees and auditors should become familiar with all requirements under the Trust Accounts Act 1973 and Trust Accounts Regulation 1999.
