Children Services Tribunal

The Children Services Tribunal looks into some decisions about children and young people in government care made by the:

It is an independent body that answers directly to our minister and is separate from the agencies listed above.

The tribunal has a president, deputy president and about 20 part-time members. There is a registrar who is a lawyer who manages the running of the registry office and support staff who organise your application for review.
