Design Principles for Agency JEMS Review Processes

As a result of the commitment under Part 16 of the State Government Departments Certified Agreement 2003 all agencies subject to the agreement were to develop review processes to allow aggrieved employees the opportunity to raise concerns about the JEMS review evaluation of their position. To assist agencies specific ‘Design Principles for Agency JEMS Review Processes’ were developed.

Further, under Part 17 of the State Government Departments Certified Agreement 2009 a review of the ‘Design Principles for Agency JEMS Review Processes’ has been completed. Please find the reviewed ‘Design Principles for Agency JEMS Review Processes’ for appropriate action by relevant agencies at State Government Departments Certified Agreement 2009.
