Guardianship and Administration Tribunal
The Guardianship and Administration Tribunal is a simple and inexpensive way of protecting the rights of adults who have impaired decision-making capacity. Impaired capacity means an adult is unable to make their own decisions due to illness, injury or a more permanent medical condition.
Guardians and administrators can be appointed to help meet these people's decision-making needs.
More information is available at the Guardianship and Administration Tribunal website.
