This information is intended for after hours contact. It provides the names and numbers of Justices of the Peace and commissioners for declarations by suburb. (In the interests of privacy, street addresses are not included.)
If you need a Justice of the Peace during business hours, see our JPs in the Community page, which provides a list of locations where JPs volunteer their time to witness documents. You can also try your local courthouse, shopping centre management offices, council library, pharmacies or building societies.
