Consultation draft on proposed two-lot schemes module

Have your say on the new regulation module for two-lot titles schemes.

The Office of Fair Trading has released a consultation draft of the proposed new regulation module for residential community titles schemes containing only two lots (more commonly known as duplexes). The new regulation module aims to make the day-to-day management of duplexes less complex and less onerous for lot owners.
