New versions of BCCM forms commenced on 29 August 2011
The Department of Justice and Attorney-General (JAG) is now responsible for BCCM forms 1, 2, 6, 7, 13, 18, 19 and 20.
A minor amendment to each of the above forms now identifies JAG as the responsible department.
Policy has advised that BCCM Form 14 version 11 was added in error. The correct version, BCCM Form 14 version 10 has been reinstated.
