A new version of BCCM Form 14 commenced on 29 April 2011
Amendments to the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 now require the seller of a lot to provide, among other things, a copy of the community management statement for the scheme to the buyer. The new version of Form 14 contains a statement to that effect.
