All telephone enquiries should be directed to the Queensland Government Contact Centre.

The Contact Centre phone number is:

The Contact Centre hours of operation are:
8.00 am-6.00 pm, Monday-Friday only.

Calls to this number are charged at the local call rate (calls from mobile phones and pay phones are charged at applicable rates).

The Contact Centre can also help you with:

  • over the phone credit card payments
  • setting up an Instalment Plan.

Please note:
You will be asked to confirm your identity by our Client Service Advisor prior to any information regarding your fine/order being given. You will be asked to confirm your full name, date of birth, address, phone number(s) and Driver Licence number.

In person

Payments, enquiries and applications can be made to SPER by visiting your nearest Magistrates Court or QGAP office.

Counter hours for Magistrates Court Offices are 8.30 am-4.30 pm, Monday-Friday.

A list of Magistrates Courts is maintained on the Queensland Courts website.

A list of all Queensland Government Agent Program Offices (QGAP) is maintained on the Smart Service Queensland (Dept of Communities) website.

If you wish to pay your Enforcement Order, Instalment Plan or any other Notice, you can make your payment at any Australia Post office (providing it contains the Australia Post symbol and barcode).

Post or fax

Enquiries and applications can also be made in writing by sending them by post or fax to SPER.

Enquiries can be made over the Internet via e-mail.

SPER may respond to your enquiries in the same manner or alternatively will attempt to contact you with a response to your enquiry on any phone number you supply.

Your e-mail must include:

  • your full name and date of birth
  • your Driver Licence number
  • your current address
  • as much information about your fine/order as possible (include your SPER Reference Numbers)
  • a contact phone number.
