Fine Collection Notice Recipients
Section 75 of the State Penalties Enforcement Act allows the Registrar of SPER to issue a Fine Collection Notice (FCN) to redirect funds to SPER from a debtor for the payment of fines. A Fine Collection Notice can be issued to:
- employers for the redirection of earnings
- financial Institutions for the redirection of a debt and regular redirection from a financial institution account
- third Parties for the redirection of a debt.

What should I do if a debtor has any questions regarding a Fine Collection Notice?
You can advise the debtor to contact SPER should they have any queries or concerns using the contact details below.
