Infringement notices

Can I make part payments on an Infringement Notice?

The organisation that issued your infringement notice is not required to accept part payments. If you cannot afford to pay the entire fine within the time allowed, look on the back of the notice for your payment options. You should consider contacting the relevant organisation for further assistance.

Can I do community service instead of paying an Infringement Notice?

No. There is no arrangement that allows an infringement notice to be converted to unpaid community service.
