Instalment plans

When do I make payments on an Instalment Plan?

When you apply to pay by regular instalments you agree to pay a minimum monthly amount. You have the choice of paying your full instalment once a month, or breaking the instalment into four-weekly, fortnightly or even weekly payments.

Automatic deductions from your bank account or credit card can be arranged for weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly payments to ensure that you are always up to date.

What if I'm having trouble paying my Instalment Plan?

If you are having trouble paying your Instalment Plan you should contact the Call Centre at least one day before your payment is due to discuss your options.

You must make sure that you contact the SPER Call Centre before the day the payment is due.
