Contesting the offence
You may be eligible to elect to have the original infringement offence heard in a Magistrates Court within the due date as noted on your Enforcement Order.
To do this you can contact the SPER Call Centre on 1300 365 635 or write to SPER (include your full name, date of birth, current address and phone number) at GPO Box 1387, Brisbane Qld 4001.
