Enforcement fees

If you receive an Enforcement Order but fail to act within the time specified, the State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) may take enforcement action.

Before enforcement action is taken, an Enforcement Fee of $92.00 may be added to each fine.

Any payments that you make will reduce your enforcement fee before it reduces your original fine, so it is not possible to pay your fine without paying the enforcement fee.
