Enforcement warrants
If you receive an Enforcement Order SPER may issue a warrant authorising the seizure and sale of your property. This warrant is called an Enforcement Warrant.
SPER will give the Enforcement Warrant to an officer authorised to act on behalf of SPER. This officer is called an Enforcement offficer.
The Enforcement Officer can seize and sell any property you may own. Any costs SPER incurs by doing this, will be added to your total outstanding fine. The money received from the sale of the property will be used to pay your outstanding SPER fines. Any money left over after your fines have been paid in full will be paid to you.
