The Red Rose Foundation is a lead training provider in the areas of violence against women and children and responding to the needs of survivors of high-risk violence and abuse. This presentation will cover identifying strangulation injuries, the potential lethality of strangulation, short term and long care consequences, the importance of documentation, social work involvement and follow-up.
