QSuper is taking steps to combat domestic and family violence

In 2016 QSuper entered into a 3-year partnership with DVConnect, Queensland’s leading helpline for anyone experiencing domestic or family violence. With so many of their members working in roles exposed to domestic and family violence, they felt a responsibility to act.

The partnership provides funding to employ an additional full-time telephone support officer, meaning an extra 4,000 calls each year can be answered. In September 2019 the partnership was extended by another 3 years.

Working with DVConnect provides QSuper with the opportunity to communicate to their audiences about the various forms domestic violence can take and to highlight that it can happen to anyone, no matter your circumstances.
