Action planning
Gender parity action plans have been developed for each of these 3 key groups to help facilitate achievement of targets, create sustainable change and promote diversity and inclusion more broadly for government, business and community sectors.
The objective is to provide a platform for the growth of women in leadership and achievement of gender parity for women on Queensland boards.
These action plans contain strategies and supporting resources to help individuals challenge the status quo and take personal responsibility for change.
The plans have been developed primarily in the context of government boards. However, many of the actions apply equally to not-for-profit and private sector boards.
