Update 3 – Court listing changes, QE II Courts of Law, Brisbane
Court matters will not proceed in Brisbane’s Queen Elizabeth II Courts of Law tomorrow (Monday 20 February 2017) as previously listed. This is due to the closure of the building on Monday as a result of a fire which occurred on Level 11 on Friday night.
The matters which were listed for Court in the building tomorrow have now been reviewed.
Only those matters reflected in the revised law list, to be published no later than 9pm on Sunday 19 February on the Queensland Courts website at www.courts.qld.gov.au, will proceed tomorrow. These matters will be heard in the Brisbane Magistrates Court building located at 363 George Street, Brisbane.
Parties for all other matters that were due to be heard in the Queen Elizabeth II Courts of Law complex on Monday 20 February 2017 will need to contact the Registry from 8.30am on 07 3247 4313 or ccu@justice.qld.gov.au.
