Disclosure log

The Department of Justice and Attorney-General’s (DJAG) disclosure log provides information that has been released in response to non-personal applications made under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) (RTI Act). The disclosure log contains a description of the information requested and a link to documents that have been published.

DJAG progressively publishes documents released under the RTI Act on this disclosure log. Some or all of the documents within an application may be fully released, partially released or not released as part of the original or disclosure log decision making process#. Where pages are rendered blank as a result of decision-making processes, they are not included on the disclosure log.

The documents published in the disclosure log are available in PDF. If you are unable to read PDF documents, please email RTIAdministration@justice.qld.gov.au or phone (07) 3738 9893.

When reviewing the disclosure log, please note that documents are sorted by date of receipt of a valid application and not by the date of decision.

Note: DJAG will no longer be publishing information on this disclosure log relating to the Director of Public Prosecutions' (DPP) applications and all access applications relating to the DPP that were managed by DJAG have been archived. You can now access the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) disclosure log, which is being managed by ODPP. Please direct any questions about the ODPP disclosure log to DPP.Mailbox@justice.qld.gov.au.
