Gambling Community Benefit Fund
Round 126 is now closed.
We will be introducing a new online grants system. It’ll be more modern and make it easier for organisations to apply for funding.
The next funding round will open early in the second half of 2026, once the system is live.
We’ll share updates as they are available. Thank you for your patience.
The Gambling Community Benefit Fund (GCBF) is Queensland’s largest one-off community grants program and distributes approximately $60 million each year to not-for-profit community groups. The GCBF funding helps these groups to provide services, leisure activities and opportunities for Queensland communities.
We know many community organisations are keen to hear about the next funding round.
Details of the next round are still being finalised. When the new system is ready, we’ll announce the date.
To check eligibility requirements and understand your organisation’s responsibilities throughout all stages of the grant funding process, read the guidelines for GCBF applicants and instructions for applying for the GCBF grant. Contact the GCBF team on phone 1800 633 619 if you need help.
We will provide an update here and on Facebook when the next round is open.
The outcome of a funding application may take up to 4 to 5 months after the closing date.
