Making an RTI or IP application

We can only grant access to documents held by the Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG).

If you want access to information held by other Queensland Government agencies, you must apply directly to their Right to Information (RTI) teams.

Ensure that you apply to the correct agency. If more than one agency has documents you are interested in, you will need to apply to each agency separately.

Visit the RTI and Privacy website to find contact details for other Queensland Government agencies. If the agency you are seeking access to information from is not listed  on that website, contact the agency directly to find out how to apply for documents they hold.
