You can view your organisation's previous applications in the new portal.
If you have a successful grant that has not yet been acquitted, you can use the new portal to:
- acquit the grant
- request a variation.
About your organisation’s applications
The new portal has simpler application questions.
The questions are split into smaller sections. Guidance is also provided as you complete the application.
Some new questions have been added. These help the GCBF committee make fair and informed funding decisions.
Your bank details from registration will be shown when you apply.
You must confirm that they are still correct.
If the details are correct, you can confirm them. You will not need to provide another bank statement.
If the details have changed, you can update them. You will then need to provide a new bank statement that matches the new details.
This helps make sure your grant is paid to the correct account.
Character limits help you give clear and focused answers.
They also help the assessment committee review applications in a consistent way.
Most fields allow up to 250 characters.
These fields allow up to 500 characters:
- Organisation Description
- Item Justification—Why do you need these items?
- Intended Use—How will these items support the success of the project?
The portal will warn you if you go over the limit.
If you paste text that is too long, the portal will not accept it. Check the length of your answer before you paste it into the application.
Referees are no longer required.
You can view your submitted application in the portal.
You can also request an application summary. A PDF summary will then be added to the bottom of the application page.
A service request is used to ask for a change or action related to your organisation or application.
You can use a service request to have us:
- change organisation details that you cannot change in the portal, such as your ABN or legal name
- withdraw an application
- change an approved application
- acquit a grant
- extend the acquittal due date.
The CBFU grants team can also use a service request to ask you for more information.
Your Accountable Officer will receive an email when action is needed.
