Funding outcomes are usually announced 4 to 5 months after applications close.
Your accountable officer will be notified when the decision is final.
They can view the outcome in the online grants portal.

Your accountable officer will receive an email.
You can then sign in to the portal to view:
- your approval letter
- the approved funding amount
- the approved items.
Grant payments are usually made to your nominated bank account within 14 days.
Before you spend your grant, check:
- which items were approved
- how much funding was approved for each item
- any conditions attached to the grant.
You may not receive the full amount you requested. For example, some items may not be approved or may receive less funding.
If you go ahead with the project, your organisation must pay any extra costs.
