Projects involving land or buildings

Your organisation must have the right to use the property for:

• at least 3 years after the application closing date if the property is owned by a government or not-for-profit organisation
• at least 5 years after the application closing date if the property is privately owned.

Your application cannot be for facility improvements that provide little benefit to the community.

Projects that mainly benefit a private person or property owner are also not eligible.

This may include projects linked to:

• community titles
• body corporates
• retirement living schemes
• similar organisations or arrangements, as determined by us.
