Step 1: Check if your organisation is already registered

Sign in to check

To sign in:

1. Go to the online grants portal.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Enter your organisation's legal name in the Organisation field.

If your organisation is registered, its name will appear in the list. Select your organisation.

If you cannot find your organisation but think it is already registered, contact us by emailing gcbf@justice.qld.gov.au or phoning 1800 633 619.

Sign in to your organisation

Enter your password and select Sign in.

If this is your first time signing in to the new portal, or you have forgotten your password:

1. Select Forgot your password?
2. Enter your organisation's name.
3. Select your organisation from the list.
4. Select Submit.

Your accountable officer will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Check your spam or junk email folder if the email does not arrive.

If you do not receive the email, contact us to confirm your accountable officer's details.

Your password must:

• have at least 8 characters
• use at least 3 of these 4 types of characters
  • uppercase letters
  • lowercase letters
  • numbers
  • special characters.

You must also enter the CAPTCHA code shown on the screen.

A CAPTCHA is a security check that helps protect your account from automated activity.

If you cannot read the CAPTCHA, you can create a new image or use the audio option.

Review your organisation’s details

After you sign in, check that your organisation's details are correct and up to date.

Check your:

• organisation contacts
• address
• bank account details.

There can only be one accountable officer.

The accountable officer:

• is the authorised representative of the organisation
• can enter into contracts for the organisation
• must be a current committee member or office bearer.

This may be a Secretary, President or Treasurer.

You must keep your organisation's details up to date to remain eligible for funding.

If you make changes, select Submit to save them.

If a funding round is open, you can start your application.

Reset your password

When signing into the new portal for the first time, select forgot your password.

Enter your organization's name.

Select it from the drop-down list and click submit.

Your accountable officer will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

After clicking the link emailed on the redeem invitation page, select continue to proceed.

Your organization number will already be prefilled.

Create a new password. Ensure your new password meets the requirements listed on screen.

Enter the capture code displayed. Then select register.

Your password has now been reset. Select sign in.

Sign in to the portal

Enter your organization name and your new password.

Select sign in to access the online grants portal.

Review your organization profile

Once you're signed in, review your organization's profile to make sure all details are up to date.

If you make any changes, select submit to save and update your organization's records.
