Step 2: Gather your documents
Registration must be completed in one session.
Make sure you have all the required information and documents before you start.
Organisation details
You will need:
- your ABN, ACN, incorporation number or other relevant identifier, if applicable
- your organisation's legal structure
- your organisation's date of establishment
- your registered address
- your accountable officer's details
- your secondary contact's details.
Bank details
You will need:
- your bank account name
- your BSB
- your account number
- your organisations recent bank statement showing the account name, BSB and account number.
Bank statements must be in your organisation's name. Statements in another name cannot be accepted.
Supporting documents
You will need to provide document(s) that confirm your organisation's legal status.
This may include:
- a constitution
- rules of association
- certificate of incorporation
- a trust deed
- another governing document.
