Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU

On 13 July 2025, the Queensland Government announced a Commission of Inquiry into the CFMEU Queensland branch.

The Inquiry, led by Stuart John Wood AM KC, formally commenced on 1 August and is due to deliver a final report to the Queensland Government by 3 December 2027.
