The events promoted in the Women's Safety and Violence Prevention community events calendar send a clear message that gendered violence will not be tolerated, and that our community will strive for promotion and protection of women’s rights, interests and wellbeing all year round.

Logan NNNE Candle Lighting Vigil is an annual event held within Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month to pay our respects to the lives lost by domestic and family violence (DFV) in our community and across Australia. There will be a number of guest speakers including The Hon. Shannon Fentiman MP, Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Minister for Women and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence.
