The events promoted in the Women's Safety and Violence Prevention community events calendar send a clear message that gendered violence will not be tolerated, and that our community will strive for promotion and protection of women’s rights, interests and wellbeing all year round.
Community groups are encouraged to register an event to be considered for inclusion in the calendar.
Candle Vigil for Domestic and Family Violence

Shine the light on Domestic and Family Violence at a Candle Vigil at St Francis' Theological College at Milton in Brisbane. Organised by Queensland Churches Together. All people of faith or no faith are very welcome. Parking on site is available and supper will follow.
